1.了解客户的质量要求，掌握客户对供应商管理的流程或者要求，按客户要求开展工作

2.确保公司的产品和服务符合顾客的质量要求，纠正和预防措施的制定和贯彻以及质量的持续改进.
ensures products and service meet customer’s quality requirements, establishment and implementation of corrective and preventive action, and quality continuous improvement
3.负责qpa团队的建设，管理和绩效考核，组织为达到绩效的相应培训等措施。
responsible for qpa team development, management and performance evaluation; orgnize training to get performance indicator target.
4.负责生产线质量运行状态的监控和持续改进
be responsible for monitoring and continuous improvement of production quality operation status.
5.负责日常质量数据的收集。
responsible for daily quality data collection.
6. 负责decoworkshop的策划，组织，执行，评价及持续改进
responsible for the plan, organize, execute and ci for decoworkshop
任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先 bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering or related field preferred.
2.在质量相关领域有5年以上工作经验，有制造行业和汽车行业工作经验者优先
above 5 years work experience in quality related function, ideally in manufacturing environment, automotive industry experience preferred.
3. 有检查员团队管理经验。
team management experience of inspection team.
4. 2年以上试验，检验工作经验.
above 2 years' working experience in testing and inspection related.
5. 具有产品审核员资质者优先 product auditor is preferred
6. 质量管理知识（ts16949, 控制计划，fmea, ppap等）quality management knowledge (ts16949, control plan, msa, etc.）
7. 产品审核 product audit
8. sap应用
9. 了解ts16949内审知识familiar with ts16949 internal audit knowledge;
10. 8d 报告8d report
