Position Establish Purpose 岗位设立目标 1、Build up and maintain good relationship with oversea clients. 与海外客户建立并维持良好的关系。 2、Address good sales plan and achieve assigned sales budget. 制定良好的销售计划并达成既定的销售预算。 Job Responsibility Details 岗位职责描述 1、Responsible for the development and maintenance of the customers in Southeast Asia (Thailand, India, Vietnam, etc.) 负责公司在东南亚区域客户的开发和维护。 2、Accomplish the sales target of adhesive、coating and Automotive foam. And to adhere to quota as set out in the marketing plan. 完成胶粘剂、涂料，以及汽车发泡材料产品的销售目标。 3、Keep sundown rule for e-mail reply and information feedback. Ensure all information sent to customers to be accurate and proper enough. 邮件回复和信息反馈及时。确保所有发给客户的信息足够准确和恰当。 4、Tightly follow up on-time payment from individual clients to support the company to achieve good cash flow. 紧密跟进各个客户的及时回款，以支持公司达成良好的现金流。 5、Follow up new project development to achieve project sales budgets of assigned accounts on time and weekly update the related report. 按时跟进指定客户的项目开发，达成项目销售预算。并每周更新相关报表。 6、Handle customer complaints in time. Assist to set up good communication between company and individual clients to recover confidence and achieve better satisfactory. 及时处理客户投诉。在公司和各个客户间建立起良好的沟通，以重新赢回信心和达成更好的满意度。 Position Requirement岗位任职要求 1、Bachelor degree or above, chemistry background is preferred. 本科及以上文凭，有化学背景为佳 2、No limitation. Major in sales or chemistry preferred. 专业不限，销售类专业或化学相关类优先 3、Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking. 英语听说写流利 4、At least 3 years sales experience in automotive industry, with skilled background in Auto parts and NEVS. 3年及以上汽车行业销售经验,有汽车零部件行业和新能源汽车行业背景 5、Good communication and key account development skills. 良好的沟通能力及客户开发能力。 6、Good customer resources in the automotive industry 拥有良好的汽车行业客户资源。 7、Good communication skills to achieve different targets internally
